Monitoring SAPconnect: Data collection Method finishes with failure

Hi everybody,

we are trying to evaluate the CCMS monitoring of SAPconnect functionality. OSS note 546493 was already implemented. But when we try to start the data collection method manually in /scot, we always get the error message:

Data collection method was completed with errors (error code 6)

Message no. XS091

and the CCMS tree for SAPconnect remains grayed out without any MTEs.

Any suggestions?

Dear Ralf,

Regarding this kindly check in transaction SCOT whether there is a node existing without any name.

If yes then you should deactivate the Alert monitoring for this no-name node and with it the problem should be solved. But it's the best if you can delete this node without name itself.
