ISU_ASSESS workflow and KW registers

Hi

We are on ECC 6 with Ehp5 and are looking at implementing the ISU_ASSESS workflow to automate the implausibles process after a previous over-estimate.

The process is working as expected for KWH consumption registers, but we are surprised to find that the workflow is also kicking on KW load registers.

If a previous KW read was estimated, it doesn't matter whether the current KW value is lower as it is not a cumulative register.  Without the workflow, the new KW reads do not post as implausible, so why is the workflow getting activated?

The invoice for the adjusted billing doc and the new billing doc is not accurate, as there are no demand charges on it at all.

Is there a configuration setting somewhere that would allow us to exclude KW registers from the workflow, or are we going to have to customize?

Thanks

Astrid

Someone was listening,

This note was released a week after my original post.

Note 1788506 - ASSESS workflow triggered unnecessarily

"The ASSESS workflow is triggered for balancing registers as well. However, this is generally not useful"

There's an understatement.

Hello Astrid!

The checks are done in Function ISU_EVENT_ASSESSING. There is a Customer-Exit (EDMASSES) where you may suppress raising the event for KW registers.

Kind Regards

Christoph
