Unable to Open original file in document created

Hi Expert,

Unable to set network Address to Default for front end computer configuration for data carrier. when i select default entry, getting message no such entry.

Because of which Unable to open Original file in Document Created.

Please let me know do i miss any step.

Do you see "Default" entry in your list of "Data Carriers"?

If these things are in place in your system, then there should not be any issue.

Because of which Unable to open Original file in Document Created.

What do you mean by this? Is it specific to a particular user's system?

I have created new data carrier PM - for Plant  maintenance and tried to create default entry for indentify Front computer. This is not working giving me message no entries found.(Already i have Data Carrier PC with default entry for Identify front computer).

For this i have found out Discussion asking to check with Basis team. i'm checking with my team.

Regarding Original file - i do have document uploaded in my test environment, in those i'm unable to open the original file.

message i'm getting is file can't be accessed in the specified path..

You can have only one "Default Entry".

How ever after discussing your basis team, share your solution with the forum.

Are you talking about T code DC20 where you are facing this error

or

Facing error while downloading the document from end user screen
