Delivery Block is gread Out

Dear All,

In the sales order creation (va01) certain fields are only for dispay like its is gread out. delivery block and billing block. i have chaeked this in SHD0 and also possible other way. can any one suggest me the reson for this. some specific sales order are like this the remaining one is prefectly fine. help me

Hello Aswin,

Normally once Delivery & Billing are done, Delivery & Billing Block field in Sales Order is greyed out.

But in your case it is happening only for couple of Sales Document types, which is not a normal system behaviour. I will suggest you to check for some Z-Developments (User Exits / Enhancements) in the Doucment Type where these fields are greyed out.

Take a help of ABAPer & he will let you know of any Z-Development.
