material in blocked stock (350 mvt) after Quality inspection lot selection error

Hello,

I have a material in blocked stock after a Quality inspection lot selection error ... the material has to be in unrestricted use, but by error it was saved as blocked stock (350 movement) ... how can I send it back to Quality inspection lot selection (QA32) in order to set up correctly the decision to unrestricted use?
