We have upgraded solution manager system from 7.0 EhP1 to 7.1 recently. We are under configuration process of ITSM ChaRM ugent corrections.
We are not able to see any screen after clicking “Send Mail”, under more from any Change Request or Urgent Corrections. Plese chek the enclosed
attached document for your reference.
1. Go to tx SM_CRM
2. Open any created
Change Request or Urgent Correction
3. Click on “Send Mail”, Print under More

1. have you configured actions and conditions for "send mail" action,
2. Have you set up scot connection, is that working fine? please check the sost any email triggered
