SOA Manager transaction code display blank page .

Hi Help desk  ,

When I run soamanager tcode  from ECC system , I am getting blank page as per attachment ,

but when I h tried in Solution Manager , it works.

ECC &  Solution Manager sits in the same server with different instance.Thanks

OS:Windows 2008 R2 Server

Please check the FQDN settings of the system according to note 773830.

That is done ,is there any other services needs to activated in SICF ?
