Message no. AA571, CJ88, error

Hi SAP Gurus,

While doing the settlement via CJ88 transaction, user is getting error message AA571.

SAP suggested to implement SAP note 860038. The required settings are already in place, i.e. in table T100S, relevant entries are available and the correction codes are already in place since long. Still user gets this message.

In my opinion, if I do following set up, the error message will not stop user to execute CJ88:

1. Change table entries of T100S from "E" to "W".

2. In TC OBA5, set up the user name for this message class (AA) and number (571).

Can you please suggest if this will solve the error completely?

Hi Narender, I've faced the above issue in one of my projects and I changed the hard error into soft and we were fine. I think you should be fine following the above steps.
