Did not get points for creating a document

Hi,

I started using SCN recently. I created two documents but I did not receive any points for that. Can anyone help me on this?

Hi Jason,

I clicked on Edit and hen clicked on publish again. It is still the same. I did not get any points in the reputation tab. What else should I do?

I don't think anything else can be done. Perhaps it's best you create new documents and then delete the originals.

Both documents were created in your personal space where points are not awarded. You will get points for content created in SCN topic and product spaces, such as those listed on the

Try moving your documents to an appropriate space or reach out if you cannot move them.

I had moved my documents. Will I now get the points for the document? I don't see my points getting added. Can you check it out?

Now that you moved them, just re-publish again. (Click Edit > Publish)  Then check your reputation tab.
