Hi,Friends

in any Maintenance order how to capture Actual date of order creation  and finished date and similarly Actual date of shut down started and finished dates ?

i am little bit confusion?can you please light up on this issue.

Greetings Kumar,

The actual order creation date is capture on the Order header (Control tab) as "Created on" AUFK-ERDAT & the time of creation is captured as ERFZEIT

What do you mean by the Order actual finish date?

The basic order finish date will be captured as AFKO-GLTRP; that is entered manually or determined by scheduling parameters.

The date of the Technical Completion will be captured as Refrence Date AFIH-ADDAT (time as ADUHR), if your settings are for the Reference Date to be proposed as current (blank) in SPRO (Functions and Settings for Order Types > Define Proposed Reference Time for Technical Completion), or as AUFK-IDAT2

The actual date and time of starting and finishing the Order are updated from confirmations entered as in IW41, as AFKO-GSTRI and AFKO-GETRI, respectively; the actual finish date is only updated if the Final Confirmation is saved.
