Dear sd experts

I am configuring Automatic Printing of a Sales Order Document immediately after saving the document in VA01

it is working fine  but i want to see print out based on sales org / division

but in my system key combinations are not there suppose

      

IN above given screen we can select what ever we want from key combinations once we clicked ba00  we can select whatever we want

but in ides system it is not showing Key combinations

here i can see only based on ONLY ORDER PL TELL ME ANY SETTINGS I DO

Create your new custom table

eg: 902

Now assign this Table to your access sequence, say 0001, and give Highest Access number

here give it 5, i.e. Ahead of 10.

Now assign this Accesses Sequence to your Output Type, i.e. BA00

Check the assignment of output determination procedure.

Dear Venu,

To see the above combination you have to do the output type determination

there are some steps you have to follow:

1. Create the condition table with the field names Sales org. & Division

2. Create the Acces Sequence or assing the condition in existing acces sequence

4. Create the condition types and assing acces sequence in condition type

5. Create the output procedure  - assing output condition type

6. Create the output type determination. - assing procedure to sales document type.
