FTPs and SFTP for File Communication

Hi,

I have worked with SFTP adapter recently with SAP B2B on. But I also know we can enhance FTP adapter to FTPs. Can you please let me know any FTPs implementation and difference like Pros/Cons of FTPs vs SFTP. Thanks.
