How to see external PRs in SRM

Hi ,

I am unable to see , ECC PRs replicated in SRM .

How can I search for such PRS.

I have the PR number , how to check if it is available in SRM or not?

How can I check in BBP_PD , These PR s required to create Shopping cart.

please help to  explain in details

HI Niru,

Go to Tcode :bbp_pd

Search with the

object type : BUS2121

Ext. Rqt Tracking No.: enter your PR number

If you don't find the SC then check if the xml's sent from ERP are processed correctly in SRM. (Assuming you are using SRM7.0 or higher and you are using SOA services to transfer PR)

In SPRO check if the product category used in PR is set to SOURCING ALWAYS CARRIED OUT

IMG->SRM Server->Sourcing->Define Sourcing for Product Categories.

Hello,

In BBP_PD, field "ext. rqt tracking no" needs 8 characters. If your PR has 6 digits, for example, you have to provide 00 + PR number.
