Free of goods

Dear sd experts

I am using exclusive process for one customer here i maintained condition records in vbn1 like below given

MIN QNTY;; 10

FOR QNTY ;;  3

ARE FREE GOODS ;; 1

AND I MAINTAINED CALCULATION UNIT ;;2 ( UNIT REFERENCE)

AND free goods delivery control :B IT MEANS FREE GOODS DELIVERY ONLY IF MAIN ITEM IS FULLY DELIVERED

i have done one sale order with 10 qnty and free goods are 3

ok but while creating delivery i changed delivery qnty here i maintained just 2 in delivery qnty field and free of goods field also 3

i created delivery and billing also

but my major doubt is I all ready add B in free goods  Delivery control field

check this screen shot

pl tell me i under stood is wrong

i mean if customer is not taking full items of sales order system should not give free items

pl if it is basic question pl forgive me

I've checked with the same and system is giving information Message no. VL261, are you getting the same???

Is it possible to define the message type as 'Error' in standard for this or should i go for some customization???

Dear Venu

As per my understanding, you have to change the quantity at schedule line level and that you can do at sale order level and if you change the value of quantity at sale order schedule level, it will work.
