JDI - Check In Problem

Hi All JDI Gurus,

We have recently migrated to JDI on an AIX box from a Windows box. Our JDI instance on Windows box was working fine.

But in the new AIX instance whenever we create an activity which is related to deletion it starts giving errors as following

Checkin of activity failedInternal Server Error [Internal Server Error]

20:58:35.194 CHECKIN (FAILED: Internal Server Error) RIY-Issues-4 (act_w_IWDTrack_freescale_2e_com_INTERNAL_WDPS_dev_inactive_u_r2970z_t_2007_02_22_12_49_03_GMT_178ab7a5-e847-48ad-aa60-3dbaca55889e)

But if the activity does not innvolve deletion then it checks in fine and everthing goes well. Please help.

Hi Jay,

make sure you have the correct Java version installed on the AIX system - at the moment, SAP note 1024539 contains the correct information.

also make sure you do not set any -XX parameters for the system... they are only for windows
