Installing HDB Server: hdbnsutil call failed

Hello,

I tried to install hdb server, but the installation has not finished. At the beginning I tried the installation with v45, after that has failed, I tried to install v41, which also failed with the same error.

Machine-infos:

SLES11, 64 Bit, Kernel 2.6.32.59-0.7-default

It runs as a virtual machine in a VirtualBox environment.

Any idea? Thank you very much..

I got an answer from a HANA developer. The problem was that the VM did not have enough RAM. The minimal requirement to install HANA is 16 (or even 24) Gb RAM. It worked for me with 24 Gb.
