Error in adobe life cycle designer

Hi all.

I am trying to study adob forms.

I installed adobe  livecycle designer in my system.

but i am unable to use it .

i am getting the following error.

Error 1.

In sfp transaction if i click on layout button sometime it shows layout but mostly i am getting the error message.

I don't know the error in server or in installation .

System is not opening the layout it just continuously loading it .

Please help me to solve this error

Hi Bhushan,

1, check if you can open a standard Adobe form (not Z-Form).

2, check how it is on another computer.

If you have luck, it is only a problem in the client program. A reinstallation of client might work.

I tried with standard adobe form , I am getting the same problem.

and i tried with 4 different systems i am getting the same error.

can you give me any more suggestions.

Hi Bhushan,

then you are not lucky enough.

Obviously the problem is not in Layout disigner. It's not your task any more. The Basis team should check the adobe server and ADS connection, for example the ads user might be expired or locked.
