UI element drag and drop in SE80 transaction not working

Hi All , I am very new to Web Dynpro ABAP . I have a seen that, we can add UI elements to View in 2 ways 

1. Directly we can create a UI element when we right click on the Root element container and create an element.

2. By Drag and Drop the UI element from the left side panel:  This is not working in my system. Even though I am dragging and  dropping ui element it is  not appearing.

Please help me.

check all service in sicf t_code for webdynpro are activated

Hi,

Are you in edit mode..? If you are in edit mode, once you drag any UI element on to the view, are you getting a plus [+] icon as shown in the below screen shot.

As you said "Plus" symbol not coming, It is coming as shown below.
