to be delivered messages processing slowly

Hi Team ,

we are facing the issue with receiver sftp adapter . we have tirggered 3000 idcos from ECC system ==>PI==>sftp(AS2).

the messages are all in to be deliverd status in adapter engine . they are processing 3msg/mint .usually processing rate would be 40 or 50msg/mint.

what would be the probelm

could you please provide suggestions

how to process these messages normall rate 40 or 50 msg/mint

Hi Srinivas,

In my perspective, in ECC SMQ1 Tcode, you clear all the messages which are stopped if it is DEV Server.

So the systsem will use all the available Queues to process IDOCs.

thanks for your responce ,

here the problem is in PI system.

teh all idocs are processed from ECC to PI.

messages are stuck in PP4 adapter engine in to be delivered status

and these are processing slowly

Hi Srini,

When messages go into To Be Delivered state or Waiting, it could be because of lack of threads in the PI server.

Check with our Basis team to increase threads for the adpaters.
