Afaria7, How to add tenant User login

Hi All,

I'm using Afaria7SP1 and wish to add a user login which specific for certain tenant, I create a window credential login and the user should add in the following screen.

I tried many of format to add the user but still cannot login, can anyone provide the proper method/format to add a tenant user?

Hi Choong,

In the created group, add the Role and select which Tenant this group belongs to.

Under Users tab, click on Add and in the text box enter <Domain Name>\<User> and click on correct button.

Thanks for your reply. We don't have public domain in this case, I tried to enter <public ip>\<user> but it failed to login. possible you can provide some sample?

Hi Choong,

If you dont have domain and using local users then you can enter <Machine Name>\<User Name>

Make sure User Name is added to local machine's Administrators group as well.
