PO item deleted indicator in ECC

Hi ,

In SRM 7.0 , Ext classic scenarion, PO was created in SRM, approved and Replicated to ECC.

PO item was deleted again, but  unable to find the item deleted indicator in ECC for this PO ?

Please help.

How can I found such other POs in the SRM system ?

Hi,

As far as my knowledge goes, i guess the Deletion Indicator i.e. the Changes done to the PO are not getting transmitted to the back-end system.

Please run the FM- BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC to push the changes of the PO to the back-end system.

If the changes(deletion) are still not replicated , then check for the errors in RZ20.

Hi Niranjan,

In SRM, after deleting the line item for PO, save this PO. open again and order.

In ECC PO, you will get the deleted symbol(like recycle bin ) on line item in status column (First Column)
