5.1 item import XML

Guys,

Does any one of you know where the item idoc import XML is located?

I mean, the XML template 5.1 MII uses when parsing idocs.

The current URL on my system is located on: http://10.30.34.40:50100/manufacturing/vm/xslt?id=zItemFeed

Compared with 5.2, XML is stored on workbench, so easy to look for it and maintain, but no on 5.1.

Your help is really appreciated.

Regards

Hi David,

Not sure if I understood your question fully, but once upon a time there was XSLT Maintenance in SAP ME. And those XSLTs were stored in WIP.XSLT table I guess. Is that what you are looking for?

Hi Sergiy,

You understood my question in a correct way.  I was the one didn't explained correctly.

I do see XSLT now.  Is it just a matter of making updates to FILE_CONTENT column and that is it?

I don't want to messed up something by updating column or not updating every place.

Maybe a good idea es to insert a new row (record) on VMWIP.XSLT and then update VMWIP.XSLT_ASSIGNMENT table under XSLT_BO column with the new record.

What do you think?

David,

I don't remember if the Maintenance allows adding a new row. It is likely those rows are loaded from IDAT files via Reload Initial Data.

But your workaround with creating a new row in DB directly should work also.
