Register Decentral J2EE Adapter Engine

Hi,

We need to register a decentral af.<host> adapter engine within the Integration builder to allow my central configuration of the adapters to be triggered by a separate adapter engine.

Does anyone have the doco for this.. the Install guide does not indicate how to do it.

Cheers,

Mark

Can you all elaborate on how you installed an adapter engine in the DMZ. I need an AE in the DMZ for AS2 adapters to send and accept messages? We have never installed a stand alone adapter engine before. Does it need a database? thanks for your assistance.

Mark,

You need to register your decentral J2EE Adapter engine in the SLD. Then it will be available in the integration builder.

Adding you decentral J2EE engine to your central SLD automatically adds the adapter engine

Hi Sander,

thanks for the reply.. Had already tried that, but to no avail.. I think the problem is with the port setting through the firewall, as the Adapter engine is in the DMZ.

Thanks anyway.
