Error creating request in CUP 5.3

Hello Folks,

I get an error when i create a request in CUP for one particular user (Source is LDAP)  "Error creating request "and if I open the same request for another user it works.Can some help me if this is really a user id issue or there is some configuration issue in GRC CUP.

When I check the system logs it gives me this error for this request

RequestDataHeaderDTO reqDataHdr) :   : SqlException occured while inserting RequestDataHeaderDTO, reqDataHdr= reqNo=19526 userId=A730298 requestorId=a730298Cannot assign a blank-padded string to host variable 2.
