Setting of final entry indicator on service specifications.

Dear friends,

We have created a project in Project system module with service activities with line items(Service specification) and PO also created. In order to transfer the available savings in Service activity  back to respective WBS we need to set Final entry indicator. During service entry if we set the Final entry indicator in the activity, all the line items(service specification)got freeze which is not feasible. Kindly advice whether is it possible to set Final entry indicator on individual line items..

in sap standard process you can not do final entry indicator at service item level it will happen at PR's line item level only.

Dear Sanjeev,

Thank you very much for your reply. Is there any alternative method for transferring the commitments (unused) from service items back to WBS so that further activities can be added to the project without any budget enhancement.

Alternatively you need to (unusable) service item revoke from concern PR. it is possible then in case PO would not be created wrt concern PR in concern activity. after this commitment would be reduce.
