Workflow shopping cart - wrong status in approval preview

Hallo,

I have problem with displaying the end-status of shopping cart in the approval preview.

I have copied the workflow WS10400051 but the copy doesn't behave at the same way. By rejection of the shopping cart the status in the preview is always 'approved' although everywhere else it is right set to rejected.

The release of SRM server ist 550.

Could you help me please?

Hi Petra

This should be a bug. There are many notes with custom workflow/workflow BADI. This is the reason SAP is launching new workflow in SRM60. Pl check relevant OSS notes and you will get an idea. Some are listed here:

the relevant note for us was 1017984.

Unfortunatelly it hasn't solve the problem, the copied standard workflow didn't work appropriatelly, it wasn't able to depict the end status according to the approval.

I am using item level shoppping cart workflow WS14500015. I want to fill default approvers to which items would be sent if no approvers are found.How should I go about it? Could you share sample code coz I tried a lot and still couldnt get it.

if default approver not added then the workflow works fine.

Hi Petra,

Try this note 962488 which is applicable for all patch levels.

and try to activate this FM SWD_WFD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999 in SE37.

We have solved our issue of SC showing awaiting approval, though it is approved by this.

Hi SG,

I've copied the standard wf, let the end (check the approval state) and modified the other stuff. Here I also used the standard transaction for approval.

Unfortunatelly there were more difficulties we had to fight with.
