Delivery - Run Time Error - termination with a short dump

I am facing the below problem while doing the PGI. Please check it out and advise for the solution. Please find the screen shots below.

It seems the number range for material document has not been maintained in OMBT.   Check there after clicking the tab "Groups" and further select the second box and check whether you have maintained number range for the current year.

Thank you very much for replying back. I have checked at OMBT by selecting "Material documents for goods movements and inventory diffs" WA WH WI WL WQ WR WS WZ and there is a no range for the year 2012. Please check the screen shot below and let me know if there are any other possible settings needs to be done.
