Hi Experts !
I am facing one issue in the below scenario -
Two proforma invoices are getting created for one delivery document and we observed that for all these deliveries, orders were created by Web used ID . Also not all such deliveries have this problem only in some cases it is happening.
One more thing, this is happening for only one sales organization while for others sales orgs, it is working fine . Could you please tell me what could be the reason behind this system behavior and how to rectify this issue .
Thanks in advance for your help !
Sandeep.
Hi Sandeep,
use copying routine 311 in copy controll of delivery to billing, for preventing creation of more than one invoice of a delivery document.
thanks,

Hi
Please check the output condition records and the values maintained for 'Number of Messages' (maintained under communication). If it is more than 1...change it to 1 and test it once.

Dear Sandeep,
Can you provide more details?
You have mentioned that this issue is happening for one sales org.
Can you let us know whether the delivery type and billing type is same in both the cases (ie, 1st Case in which multiple Proforma gets created and 2ndcase in which multiple proforma is not getting created).
If the delivery type and proforma billing type are same, then check the copy control routines with the help of the ABAPer where code might have written to limit the multiple creation of pro-forma for some sales org.
If the delivery type and proforma billing type are different, then also check the copy control routines.
If routines remains the same, then there might be some code written in VF01.
Either case, you require the help of ABAPer as mentioned by G Lakshmipathi.
Thanks & Regards,

not all such deliveries have this problem only in some cases it is happening.
If the issue is for all deliveries, then we can suggest to check but it is not the case. So take the help of ABAPer and check in debug mode why it is happening.
