Seeburger splitter error in config

Hi

I am trying to configure the Seeburger splitter for my outbound EDI interfaces, i entered the Key and mapping Name, clicked on Search Services for the Sender-Sercvice, clicked on Search Channels for the split997 channel,  i then clicked on Search Agreements and i see in the combo box below all the details like From Party, From Service, To Service and so on .upto here is fine.

After i click on Submit, the values are not populated for the From Party, From Service, To Service etc, instead it displays "ERROR".

All the services of the seeburger have been started.The split 997 channels are activated but are inactive mode.

Your help will be appreciated.

Hi Saiyog,

Please change your Split997 communication channel from Inactive to Active mode and try adding an entry for the same in message splitter in Seeburger workbench. This should resolve your issue.

Yes..it does work, but not sure how.,..cause even though the channel is in "inactive" mode, the other info  like From Party, From Service, To Service is still available....
