Dump when creating Risk Response

Hello GRC Guru!

When trying to create a Response or Enhancement Plan, I've got the following dump

Category               ABAP Programming Error

Runtime Errors         ASSERTION_FAILED

ABAP Program           CL_GRFN_CASE_STATUS===========CP

Application Component  GRC

Full description of dump I've attached to this message. What it can be and how to solve it ?

I've run on GRC 10.0.

I'm closing the issue. The problem was solved by re-installing the whole GRC system. SAP Support doesn't help.

I think the activity you are performing falls in RIsk Management. I have not worked in RM, so I may not be able to help you. If you provide BASIS and GRC Patch details, other experts may be able to guide you.

Just check in between that you have activated the service in SICF- /sap/bc/webdynpro/SAP/GRRM_RESP_OIF_APP

Hello Sabita, Yes, it's functionality of Risk Management.

We run on

SAP_BASIS 702 12

SAP_APPL 605 8

GRCFND_A V1000 10

GRCPINW V1000_700 8

GRCPIERP V1000_700 8

SAP_ABA 702 12

And yes, service is active

Hi Nadezhda,

The plug-ins should be in sync with GRC Component.

Try after plug-in update, in the meantime other experts may be able to answer your question.

If you are not able to solve it with the help of internal team and external resources, I would suggest you to raise a message to SAP. There may be some issue in program. They will help you.
