Replenishment based on sales order requirement

Dear all

we have two storage type, one is CR1 ( Cold room) which is for the put way, another one is Fixed bin ( open area) for Picking , every day they are doing the replenishment to transfer the material from CR1 to fixed bin.

Fixed bin has 800 KG.

while running the delivery order , the sales order requirements is more than 850 kg, some time its 1400 or 2000, so that user wanted to have the automatic replenishment TO based on the sales order requirement not for Fixed bin replenishment qty

PL guide me how can i cater their requirement , basically system will have to create the auto TO for replenishment to match the sales order requirements.
