Dialog User id remains in the Owners table of Firefigher id

Hi Gurus,

I'm trying to figure out why the Dialog User id of the Firefighter remains in the Owners table inspite of that firefighter id not being used by that dialog user ?

for example, I checked with the dialog user whether he is currently using the firefighter but he was not using it and the status on his /virsa/vfat is green for that firefighter.

Not sure, how come a user id remains in the owners table in the column "Used By" when the user is not using firefighter id.

Please advise!

Hi Salman,

I believe this question is for GRC 5.3.

Sometimes the user doesn't close the session correctly and that is the reason it shows green.

You would need to kill that session.

I already checked the SM04 and there is no Firefighter user id or Dialog user id to kill.

As I said, the user is not using the Firefighter and it shows green on his Firefighter home page but when I see in the Owners table the users Dialog user id is listed in the USED BY column of Owners table which is strange as the user is not using the firefighter id and it is not even listed in SM04 to kill.

Any other thoughts ?
