Dump while selecting 'Create confirmation' in SRM Portal

Hi experts,

I have got this error, could you pls suggest if any SAP note is available .

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_POWL_UI_HELPER=============CP" -

   in "RENDER_DELTA_TABSTRIP".

  The main program was "SAPMHTTP ".

  In the source code you have the termination point in line 180

  of the (Include) program "CL_POWL_UI_HELPER=============CM005".

  The termination is caused because exception "CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL" occurred in

  procedure "RENDER_DELTA_TABSTRIP" "(METHOD)", but it was neither handled

   locally nor declared

  in the RAISING clause of its signature.

  The procedure is in program "CL_POWL_UI_HELPER=============CP "; its source

   code begins in line

  1 of the (Include program "CL_POWL_UI_HELPER=============CM005 ".
