Hi All,

I have a basic question.

I want to setup a scenario in which , product ( ex MM1000 ) will be in available in stock at one of the storage location say 0001.

When I will create a sales order and perform availability check , it should give me today’s date in return and schedule line should be generated.

So for it , what master data I need to set up , please share.

at this moment when i am creating a sales order , its giving me date which is todays date + 4 days., need to know from where this 4 days system is picking.

Thanks

Hi Ritesh,

SAP System picks up these days from various lead times such as:

  1. VOV8 - Lead time in days
  2. Pick pack time
  3. Loading / unloading time
  4. Factory calender - if there is any holidays on calender
  5. Route - if you have in your system for which if you have maintained various timings
  6. If you have maintained replenishment lead time in material master
  7. In shipping point if you have maintained any lead time

so the culmination of all these times gives you those 4 days.

If you want to check, patiently check all these records, and you will figure it out.

I hope this will help you.

  4. Factory calender - if there is any holidays on calender , none
  5. Route - if you have in your system for which if you have maintained various timings ( didnt find , where to check )

Thanks, but there is also nothing.

when i see the sales order created , in shipping tab , there is no route picked , the field is empty.

so i guess 0VTC is not rlevant here.

correct me if i am wrong.

I also checked , LE-- Shipping -- scheduling ---delivery scheduling and trasportation scheduling-- maintain duration, there also i didnt find any relevant entry for the shipping point sales order is picking.

Thanks

Ritesh,

In shipping point check here:

spro-img-enterprise str-logistics execution-define shipping point- and here you would see as it is illustrated in here as 2 days.

You can check in OMEW for your plant

If you have done something with  third party sales then check in ME12

In mm02

Searching for relevant information, is not big deal. Provide you use proper search term or look in relevant spaces, like SAP help, SCN wiki so on and so forth. As you are not a regular OP in sales and distribution space, I have not lock the post for response.

Hi ,

Please have look into your sales document type in T.Code "VOV8 ",there check have you maintained days as 4 in the Field " Lead Time In days " under tab Requested Delivery Date / Pricing Date / Purchase Date .

Side Comment : Please check in your sales order which document type flowing there .

If you have any doubts please let me know.

Thanks,
