GET_BUSINESS_SYSTEM_ERROR in SM37 for Outbound proxy program

Hi Expert,

Some times the background job (The outbound proxy program to send the data to PI) terminated with below error. Only it happens some times not all the time, the same program if i execute it run successfully, all good in SLD and SLDCHECK is working and business system registered in SLD.

"GET_BUSINESS_SYSTEM_ERROR An error occurred when determining the business system"

If anyone face this problem before tell me what could be the reason for this and resolution.

Hi Sudha,

Please check if the technical and business systems are configured correctly in SLD.

1117249 - Incomplete Registration of PI components in SLD

764176  -  Error in XI due to inconsistent SLD contents

Hi Sudha,

There may be some authorization problem.

can you change the user in HTTP destination and assigned all the roles to it. may be this will solve your issue.

Hi Sudha,

check if logical port has been created for your proxy

(in TA SOAMANAGER), and if you have selected it in the proxy testtool.

Pls be aware that the XI runtime is used if no default logical port

exists nor you select the LP manually, and I suppose this is the

reason of the error you reproted (GET_BUSINESS_SYSTEM_ERROR)

Check  SAP note 1508957 also.
