Hi all,
at the moment we are still trying to set up the iOS SAP Customer Financial Fact Sheet on one of our iPads.
This is what we already did:
_SAP ERP (IDES) in back-end
_Netweaver Gateway (configured)
_SUP 2.1.3
_Relay Server
In "former times" we already managed to connect a user via the iOS Sybase Workflow app to consume MBO stuff via the relay server.
We already set up a user with of OData consuption according to this manual:
and "optimized" it with the help of:
http://scn.sap.com/thread/3155547
but we still face more or less the same as this user has with the timesheet stuff:
http://scn.sap.com/thread/3201886
In the Netweaver Log files you can see the error message attached when trying to connect with the Timesheet application. The "netweaver"-OData-User in the SUP should work fine, I think as it is "online" after the first connection with the SUP.
When opening the link
http://<NW-Gateway>:8042/sap/opu/sdata/GBHCM/TIMESHEET/
the answer is:
ICF-Knoten f. Service 'TIMESHEET', N.raum '/GBHCM/' unter Knoten 'sdata' nicht verfügbar
Is it possible the the Addons called
SAP Customer Financial Fact Sheet (LWMFI001) SP03
and
Add-on for SAP Order Status (LWMSD001) SP03
are missing in the Backend? We have really no idea how to install this and where to get it from.
We have also been using the Manuals mentioned on:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_bs_mob2011/helpdata/en/e2/c0f865e4a449ac8be0472b7100ec17/content.htm
It would be really great if one of you guys could help us 🙂
Dear Sebastian,
We are working with the similar app in our company for a demo.
So I have requested for a trial version of the app. But I do not find the component LWMFI001. Do you by any chance are aware , if I am able to download these content also for the trial version?
I have opened a new SDN query also for it.

Hi,
I am running into the same issue trying to find LWMFI001 and LWMSD001. Please let me know if you have found where to download them.
Thanks, Barb

Hi Barbara,
I didn't found the stuff due to a licence problem. After buying the licence the downloads can be found here:

Hi all,
where can I get the addons required for running the application?
In SAP note 1622165 it is mentioned to install the Addons from the Mobile@Suite2011. Where can I get it from without a Solution Manager (and Maintanance Optimizer)? I can't even find it in the marketplace...

Hi,
The reason could be the service is not active under the sdata node.
If you are in GW sp4 and above.
check in the GW system in transaction /iwfnd/maint_service whether the service is active or not under the ICF node category sdata. if not activate it.
Traverse in transaction SICF to the service using the path above and check the service is active or not.

Hi Gururaj,
we have installed the addons on our back-end system but we are still facing the same problem when trying to connect to the data via browser:
http://<Netweaver IP>:8042/sap/opu/sdata/GBHCM/TIMESHEET/
ICF node for Service 'TIMESHEET', Namespace '/GBHCM/' not available under node 'sdata'
Requests like that work as the addons are installed on the Netweaver system:
http://<Netweaver IP>:8042/sap/opu/sdata/iwcnt/EMPLOYEETIMESHEET/
For me it seems that the Timesheet or Finfactsheet App can only connect to addons that are installed on the Netweaver and the requests are not automatically forwarded to the ERP back end.
Is that right or are we doing something wrong?
