POWL: Error Msg - Update not possible as update task not finished

Hello,

We are upgrading from SRM5.0 to SRM7.0.

In SRM7.0, we create return delivery confirmation from confirmation Query,

the error messge

"Update not possible as update task not finished; refresh later manually"

is displayed.

Why does this message displayed?

My operation is not correct?

Sysytem configuration is not enought?

How can I resolve this problem?

Automatic refresh of POWL is controlled by customizing switch SRM_700_POWL_PARTIAL_REFRESH. This is switched on in your system and that is why the POWL tries to do a automatic refresh and fails.

If this error appears, user has to manually click on the Refresh button/link on the POWL result table.

If you want to disable the automatic refresh, please switch off this switch.

I want to refresh automatically and prevent error message from appearing.

Now, in only case of return delivery, the error appears.

How can I do this?

I set the "SRM_700_POWL_PARTIAL_REFRESH" active.

Do I need to set customize "Define number and Intervals of Interactions for Automatic Refresh of the POWL"?

Now there are no record at this customize.

By the way, our system's SP is "701 0008".

If you wish to refresh POWL queries automatically and at intervals, please set up the intervals.

Which SP are you patching up to? there is note Note 1438945 - POWL automatic refresh available to resolve your issue. Please refer the same.

Hello,

It seems like POWL refresh is not happend properly.

Please manually refresh the POWL and create return delivery again.
