Dear All,

We are in the process of defining ADHOC WEB SURVEY in SAP SRM.Please let me know the below details

1) In the participants section what is meant by external and internal dropdown

2) Can we send the survey to any person whose id is not maintained in the system

Hi,

Through adhoc survey internal employees can evaluate vendors. In the other way outsiders for example vendors also can give their feedback about purchasers.

That way participants decides whether evaluator is internal or external.

Yes survey can be sent to any persons whose ID is not maintained in system.

Hello Jay ,

There is not Major difference in External and inter as system Laval ,  Its you have to define data when you do analysis . You can mark external user as outside company/or system. You can send survey to any user within system or outside system.

You can define you questionnaire and attache to survey . The creation of questionnaire and survey in SRM is easy part .

The major Challange with be loading data in  BI , grouping the result and weighting.
