component configuration not getting saved

Hi experts,

I have created one List GUIBB and configured it and saved it.

But when i select my component configuration and click on display it says component configuration does not exist.

What can be the possible reason.

Look for all comp configurations that start with Z and Y to verify the configuration was created successfully.

Did you get asked to enter a change request when you saved?

Hello Ajeet,

the reason could be that you entered the wrong name of the Web Dynpro component for the List.

We have two kinds of list, the old list (FPM_LIST_UIBB) and the new list (FPM_LIST_UIBB_ATS).

Please check whether you have chosen the correct component.

What you also could do is to search within SE80, see the below screenshot how you can search there.

Thanks for your replay.

I have choosen correct component FPM_LIST_UIBB.

I searched in the same way as u given in sceen shot. When i double click on that it says component configuration does not exist.

Then try to create this component configuration again - make sure that you are using application configure_component and not customize_component.
