Error in TestCase message creation

Hi Experts,

When i am trying to create an test case error message in TWB, i am getting below error message:

I have maintained all the authorizations properly, still clueless what is missing.

Hi, 

what is your solman version, check to implement the sap note

Note 1728064 - Incident Management - message: Not authorized for system

if not helped enable st05 trace and check

Hi Jansi,

Thanks for your reply. We are currently on 7.1 - SP05. Also, we have implemented the above mentioned note, but still no luck.

Will check further by running the trace.

Issue Resolved.

Solution: Missing external indentification details in BP. Updated BP with system and client details in required format.

I am getting the same error. I have check the Business Partner and the required System details are maintained there. Still no luck.
