Billing Error VF01

Dear Experts,

While creating VF01 for delivery (STO) i found the log wherein following details are mentioned.

Error message VF 901

Maintain for sales area

Due to that i am not able to create Billing.

Please suggest.

Here sales area for material , customer already maintained correctly

Hi Harshad,

Please check the material master.

If anybody maintain the division in the material master basic data,it will search the sales area with that division.

suppose your sales area is 1800 01 01 ,but in the material master the division is 02.Then the system will search for 1800 01 02 sales area combination.

   Suman is right ,theres only message number which is related to sales area

VF316 Sales area & & & is not defined.

Hi Harshad,

Can you provide the screen shot as there is no such msg no VF901 in SE91.

The highest msg no for the msg class VF is 807 - Billing document &: billed rebate &: inactive record was changed.

Sales area need to be extended for both recving plant and sending plant
