Smartform printing problem with Epson LQ 2190

Hi all,

We have problem when we are trying to print invoice using printer Epson LQ 2190 with paper size 28cm x 22.8cm.

If we print more than 1 page, the printer seems does not use the paper size that I have set in the printer properties. On the second page the printing start to low from the beginning page, its like use 28cm height paper.

The client has an XP for the OS, the SAP version is R3 4.6C, and the output device is using SAPWIN : Rel.4.x/SAPlpd 4.09+ Only, Host spool access method is F: Printing on frontend computer, Host printer is __DEFAULT.

Its no problem when we use printer Epson LQ 2170 or LQ 2180. Need help please.

Please adjust the page format in the smartforms and try. This is page format issue in smartforms, not the printer..

Hi Chandra,

are you able to resolve your issue?

We are also facing similar kind of issue we are trying to print the payslip using

EPSON LQ2180. it prints ok for first page but from second page the data started shifting up by couple of millimeters.

Any inputs will be really helpful for me.
