Unable to do delivery

Dear All

FYI, this issue we have only at DEV system, its working fine at QA system.

Issue is, I could not create delivery for past dates and I am ending with error

Order cannot be delivered (see long text)
Message no. VL461

No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date

When I checked at sales order 'schedule line' tab confirmed qty is zero for past

date and confirmed qty is available only for current date.

Hence, would like to request you to suggest me the places needs to be checked

considering the same scenario is working fine in QA.

Hai Rajesh,

For the material CO06 check is ter any order blocking the material till 12 dec 2012. Make other order confirm qty zero and create the DO.

or

In the delivery order,

Item overview, Change the Actual GI date to required past date.

Finally I could create delivery only by entering past date in 'Actual GI' Date Field

during delivery creation.

make sure you have enought un-restricted stock - run MD04 and check;

try to change the deivery date (later)...

I tried to create the sales order with first date as dec 1st whereas the material is in stock since feb.

But the confirmed qty is becoming available only for the present date.

Still I am not able to create delivery for past date.

My screen is exactly similar to the one you have showed. This is the case in Dev System for past dates.

FYI, In our QA system, we have only one line item with past date and with confirmed qty available.

Please update me....

1.Try to change the first schedule line date by copying the second schedule line date.Which means replace the date  5-12-2012 with12-12-2012.

2. check your material master leade time .make it as blank

Do revert if any issues

Hi

No MRP view has been maintained for this material(For lead time).

Replacing 5-12-2012 with 12-12-2012 will create only one line item for 12-12-2012 with confirmed qty.

In this case, delivery can be created for today.

My requirement is to create delivery for past date(Eg:5-12-2012.)

Please correct me if my understanding on your answer is wrong.

Can anybody update me as it is not yet solved !!.

I also feel that stock is not there for you.Please run MD04 and check for the available quantities
