hi guru's,
how to measure forecast error's ( ie MAD, MAPE......)
thanks & regards
Bhavani
Hi,
when running a forecast in an interactive session, once you choose the model, there is a tab where you can select your favourite forecast error. If you run the forecast again once you have made your choice, the system will show you the value. Else, you can compute it through a DP macro.
thanks,
J.

Hello Bhavani,
You can go to T-code /n/sapapo/mc96b
select your master profile and click on the "univariate forecast" tab and scroll down, you will find the below options
check the errors you want to see when you execute your forecast, click save.
Go to your data view through T-code /n/sapapo/sdp94 and run univariate forecast, then you can see all these errors.
Remember that the master forecast profile should be assigned to the planning area of your planning book.
Thanks,
Pramod
