Batch allocated to delivery, but still open for others

Hi,

I have assigned the batch to an outbound delivery.

Later checked in the MMBE - Stcok overview. Seen this particular batch under the column of "Scheduled foir delivery" which is fine.

But the another user could Transfer post (Sloc to Sloc) this batch through MIGO_TR or MB1B.

As a result, when the User 1 wanted to pick this batch, gives an error that the batch does not lie in the picking location.

Is there any way by which we can restrict the others to use the batch for any purpose (Transfer post or consume) once it's assigned to a delivery ?

Hi Bipeen,

Once a batch is allocated for a delivery, the system would not allow you reallocate the same stock for any other purpopse. the stock is assigned against the delivery number which you can see using the T-code CO09.

No...What I wrote is the fact. Perhaps, that might be because of some missing config. in Sales/delivery or in batch mgmt.

So it happens...Tested.....need a clue !
