Error in Mitigated Users

Hi Experts,

     I have the following problem, when I reduce a user on Route NWBC -> Ass Management -> Mitigated Access -> Mitigated Users -> Assing. I realize the whole process of release, but when I search the user can not find it mitigated.

It is as if the workflow does not comply with all stages.

Hi,

The general problem is I do not worked the workflow of control assignment, what do to overcome this problem is to change the parameters SPRO -> IMG -> GRC -> Access Control -> Maintain Configuration Settings -> Param Group -> Workflow -> param ID -> 1061, 1062.

Problem solved.
