download stalled - PI ESR and ID

Hi,

Facing the download stalled issue while opening PI 7.1 ESR and ID, using internet explorer.

Java 1.5 and 1.6 are installed.

Have cleared the webstart cache. Also, clicked on Restore archives and generate new signature from Administration tab.

Still it does not work.

It was working earlier, has stopped working suddenly now.

Please help.

It works now - started working automatically.

One simple suggestion is to keep just one version(latest) of jre in your pc and remove all other ones and restart the system and try to start webstart again. This time webstart will use one jre to start.
