Shopping Cart Approval on limit orders not triggering from correct value

Hello Gurus,

We recently upgraded to SRM 7.1 and since then, the workflow is triggering from expected value, instead of Overall Value as it did prior to Upgrade.

Can anyone advise if there is a note or some way to make it trigger from the Overall Value?

So, i think you will have to make enhancements to SAP standard program.

Hello Laurent,

Thank you for your reply, I looked at this earlier but prior to upgrade to EHP 1.0 the workflow was triggered by overall value (which we believed to be standard at the time).  The reason we need the workflow to look at overall value, is the value of the invoices will look to overall value rather than expected value, and may not trigger further workflows for approval.

Would you know how the enhancements could be made?
