Hello Ancile,

Our PP system has recently been upgraded to version 4.5 and today we got a call stating that on the enduser websites none of the content is visble anymore allthough we can still see it in the library.

Is there a post upgrade step that we missed?

We tried republising and rebuilding the search database but no luck so far.

Good day Sander

Firstly, check the Documents path into Server SPP.

<drive>:\Vignette\Collaboration\WWW\ucontent

After, check the parameters in <SPP Server Webpage>/Administration/Server Properties

Administration Guide PDF, has recommendations about of SPP Upgrade.

Hello Erick,

We used the guide to do the upgrade but this problem is not described anywhere.

I see no parameter named "documents path" in the list of server properties. What is it called? Also, what parameters besides that one should be checked?

Hi Sander,

I think Erick was talking about the actual path

<drive>:\Vignette\Collaboration\WWW\ucontent

collabconsole.log seems clean.

In gilog there are a lot of these messages:

[11-Dec-12 14:28:37 (IndexThread-1)] [WARN] Document content is empty for object [1.24.236]. The object will still be indexed but its integrity should be verified.

But perhaps most interesting in servererrors.xml there actually errors about the license:

<RoutineNamespace>RWD.uPerform.CMS.Vignette.VerifyLicense</RoutineNamespace>

<FriendlyMessage>An error occurred while verifying
license.
</FriendlyMessage>
f
How can we check the validity of the license?
