Hello,
There are requests to do the transports of urgent requests in solution manager in different time frames from the consultants.
As a basis admin, can I schedule these transports in solution manager 7.0 ?

Please let us know in which status Urgent Changes are. Please make sure Urgent changes are in corrected status. Then after you can schedule these Transports.
